Fred has 25+ years of marketing, sales and business development experience across the insurance & financial services industries. As a sought after speaker in and outside the industry, Fred’s passion is helping advisors create an actionable plan to grow their practice. As a recent senior executive for a Fortune 100 insurance & financial services firm, Fred led the advisor marketing and prospecting team responsible for overall strategy and development of advisor businesses. Fred’s approach has been about purposeful brand creation, aligned client acquisition and management supported by an underlying service strategy with an ideal client profile. As part of this responsibility, Fred led the development of a successful practice management training summit centered on advisor business assessment, future goal creation and implementation to achieve desired results. Working with advisors throughout the U.S., Fred has learned what it takes to grow from being a successful advisor growing top line revenue to a successful practice owner driving desired bottom line results. He believes that strong relationship building is strong practice building. Fred is direct and believes in taking ownership over one’s personal growth. With an MBA in Marketing from the University of New Haven and a BS in Accounting and Business Law from Quinnipiac University, Fred in his early days became a Public Accountant. While valuable experience, he realized this was not a good long-term professional fit and marketing was his passion. He is a past Board Member, Chief Marketing Officers (CMO) Roundtable and has addressed advisors at National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors (NAIFA) State level events across the country. Fred also enjoys being active outdoors with tennis, cycling, traveling with family, and a good sense of humor.
