As Director of Wealth Management for Legg Mason, Bill led a team of CPA’s and attorneys as they assisted advisors with High Net Worth clients. Working in concert with elite advisors, he helped attract and retain multi-million dollar families and individuals. Prior to becoming Department Director, Bill and his own retail team managed $400 million of assets focusing on centers of influence and affluence. He also served as Branch Manager, Chairman of the Branch Manager Advisory Committee and Divisional Sales Director for Legg Mason. During his tenure, he developed several advisor and manager training programs and was consistently selected Trainer of the Year.
Bill’s coaching will focus on the Oechsli fundamentals always leaving time to develop strategies for teams, time management and overall balance. He enjoys working with people who are frustrated with “where they are in their career” and want to greatly increase AUM and revenue while maintaining their chosen life priorities. Bill’s specialties includes counseling high impact advisors and teams and will always assist all team members as deemed appropriate by the team leader(s).
