Larry has a proven track record of building and implementing measurable and robust business models, and generating sustainable results for his clients over the long term. Larry’s vast financial services experience began in 1980, at Cantor Fitzgerald & Company, where he was a Vice President in the Municipal Securities Division.
From Cantor, he joined Morgan Stanley, where he spent over eight years as a Vice President of Sales in the Fixed Income Department specializing in tax-exempt bond sales to institutional investors. In 1998, Larry joined AG Edwards & Sons, Inc., where he spent ten years as a Senior Vice President of Fixed Income Sales and Advisor to High Net Worth clients.
In 2008, UBS presented Larry with a unique opportunity to leverage his sales expertise with his passion to help financial advisors grow their business. He joined the firm as a Director and Business Development Coach where he consulted and coached top performing advisors, branch managers, and regional managers.
Larry has further developed his passion for coaching by completing the International Coach Academy (ACTP) curriculum and has achieved professional coaching certification (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation.
Larry holds a BBA in Marketing from Iona College, and lives with his wife, Cathy, in New Canaan, CT., after raising three adult children. In his spare time, Larry voluntarily coaches and mentors underserved high school students for college admissions, and job preparation at Future 5, in Stamford, CT.
