I bring a holistic perspective to coaching advisors and teams with 20-years of experience in financial services as an advisor, wholesaler, as well as having worked in client services, estate planning, marketing and social media. This breadth of exposure gives me a deeper understanding of the roles, challenges and environment my clients face.
Why do you coach?
I was initially drawn to financial services because I like helping people reach their goals and realize their dreams. I thrive on using my creativity and business experience to come up with workable solutions, and see each client and team I coach as a puzzle. With the right actions, everything comes together to work towards meeting your goals.
How would you describe your coaching style?
My approach is to listen, ask questions and create actionable solutions. We review your activity, so I can provide feedback and offer suggestions on how to get the most out of your efforts. I provide a personalized approach with specific recommendations on what steps to take next. My role is to also keep us organized, and you accountable, so we stay on-track and that each session moves us towards your goals.
What are some of your personal interests and hobbies?
My husband and I enjoy exploring the Texas Hill Country – seeing the wide-open space and live animals that roam the ranches. And of course, there’s the BBQ and live music! What recharges my soul is working in my art studio where I use a kiln to fire and fuse glass. I love seeing my original designs come to life.
